Dear Pilgrim Family & Friends:

Grace be unto you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ!  What a blessing it is to return to start another church calendar with you.  This is a blessed time in the ministry.  Together, we (the Tri-Board and myself) spent quality time in fellowship and a planning discussion on August 10 and August 11.

Mrs. Michelle Rooks, Business Development Manager: Vice President Emerging markets for Wells Fargo and a member of Harvest Consulting Groups, a faith-based organization facilitated the planning discussion.

Resulting from our time together was a conversation so rich and exciting we were unable to complete the workshop.  Therefore, the scheduled date for our "Wrap-Up Session" was September 29 from 9:00am-12noon.  I plan to share the information with you during a special meeting that I would like to call "A Conversation with the Pastor."  During this conversation you will see the results of our discussion (the Tri-Board, Pastor and Facilitator).  I will share more of this process as time approaches.

Again, I thank you for your participation in the evaluation of our joint Worship Services this past summer.  Your comments are extremely helpful as we look forward to providing an even more meaningful worship experience for all who come through Pilgrim's doors.

They fill me with great expectation as I prepare to lead you on a new adventure of discipleship.  Be a witness: invite someone to church today.
