Rev. Charles L. Gill, Jr.
2004 - Present

Rev. Charles L. Gill, Jr. was born in Brooklyn, New York on May 10, 1961.  He is the eldest son of Carmen and Charles Gill of Gill Photographers in St. Albans, New York.

Reverend Gill was blessed to be married to educator Adrian Annette Browne, daughter of Dr. John and Mrs. Ann Browne of Atlanta, Georgia in July of 1991.

Reverend Gill matriculated at Nyack College in Nyack, New York, Biblical Theological Seminary in Hatfield, Pennsylvania and Morehouse School of Religion at the Interdemoninational Theological Center in Atlanta, Georgia where he received his B.A., M.A. and Masters of Divinity respectively.  In August of 1990, Reverend Gill was ordained into the ministry by the Reverend Saul S. Williams.

During Reverend Gill's pastoral ministry, he has served as Associate Minister of Zion Baptist Church in Ambler, Pennsylvania; Associate Minister of Antioch Baptist Church, Atlanta, Georgia and on the Pastoral Staff of the Concord Baptist Church of Christ, Brooklyn, New York.  In 1994, Reverend Gill began serving as the Senior Pastor of the Queens Baptist Church, Queens, New York.  In May of 2004, Reverend Gill accepted the call to become the Senior Pastor of the Pilgrim Baptist Church, Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Reverend Gill is affiliated with the American Baptist Churches, the Progressive National Baptist Convention and the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc.  He has also served the community in numerous civil and social endeavors.  Yet, his greatest joy is simply to serve his risen Saviour as an Ambassador, speaking boldly, making known the mystery of the gospel (Ephesians 6:19-20).
