New Members' Class (L.I.F.E.)

THE CLASS OF L.I.F.E.

Welcome!  We rejoice that you have chosen to become a part of this family in God.  We are committed to doing whatever we can to help you adjust to life in this congregation.  Our new member orientation sessions are a part of this effort.  This four-week course is designed to address the questions that new members may have concerning the church and its ministry.  It is our sincere hope that you will be charged and challenged to grow with us.

As it is important that you complete all four weeks of the course, if for some reason you are unable to attend our scheduled class, please call the office at the number listed below.

You will need a Bible, pen or pencil, and paper if you prefer to take notes.

This week we will examine ourselves to discover/uncover how God works in the lives of people, having met them where they are.

F - Foundations

What are the fundamental aspects of our faith and what are the basic tools necessary for fruitful life in Jesus Christ?

 Week IV
E - Empowerment

"Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving" - Colossians 2:7 (KJV)

With all that we have discussed, we believe that you too, can be an effective witness by A) becoming involved with some aspect of ministry within this ministry, B) encouraging others to join you in worship, and C) committing yourself to becoming a faithful steward of the talents, gifts and resources that God has given you.
